Foster & Company, located in Fredericton, NB, is a boutique litigation firm dedicated to civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defence and personal injury work. We are seeking a bilingual associate lawyer to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil litigation, preferably in insurance defence.
We are seeking candidates who possess a strong work ethic along with excellent interpersonal and advocacy skills.
You must be in good standing with a Canadian Law Society and have the ability (eligibility) to practice law in New Brunswick.
